Digital label printing can accommodate small lots, achieving inventory-less printing that reduces costs for production, management, and disposal. Since data can be printed directly, variable printing with numbering, barcodes, and QR codes on labels is also possible. Additionally, with a six-color printing process that includes the standard four colors (CMYK) plus two spot colors (white and orange), a wide color gamut can be expressed. Furthermore, by adding primer ink, it can accommodate a wide range of substrates, and the choice of cutting plotters and dies allows for the creation of highly original labels.
